Martin (Marty) Hughes

Martin is in his First Year at Moore College in 2010 and is seeking God's guidance on full time ministry. He is married to Louise and they currently have one son; Harvey and a recent addition in a daughter; Scarlet. Marty has been a Youth Worker and a Music Teacher and brings an infectious enthusiasm to his work for God.

Peter and Ruth joined us in 2010 and have become a welcome and much appreciated addition to the ministry team here at St Giles. Peter works with Eric for two days during the week as well as helping out on Sundays.

I spent the first twenty years of my ministry in the Armidale Diocese at Wee Waa, Emmaville and Gunnedah. The last nine years in that Diocese I spent as the Chaplain of The Armidale School (TAS).I am also one of the Chaplains to NSW Army Cadets. My wife is Christine and we love to kayak in Sydney Harbour. We have three daughters who have all left school. Greenwich is my first Sydney Parish, and I'm loving it. We've been here since 2005.
